How does Shipping work?

Answer:

All items are typically shipped 1–2 days after your order is received.

All of our orders are shipped using our fulfillment partner, Amazon.com. Please note that Amazon occasionally splits orders into multiple shipments so that parts of your order will arrive to you as quickly as possible. If you receive partial shipment of your order, please be patient and rest assured that you will receive your complete shipment soon.

Note that we currently only ship to US based addresses. We are currently working to expand our shipping range to include international orders. Our products are also available throughout most Amazon international sites.

How to Return an item?

Answer:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Am I eligible for a Refund?

Answer:

We recommend carefully trying on your new Tuff Pupper gear indoors, keeping the packaging intact before your next adventure. Note that a correct fit is critical to the performance of Tuff Pupper products.

To be eligible for a full refund or credit, new, unused products must be clean and free of dog hair. You may also qualify for a refund based on our Lifetime Warranty.
