How the Tuff Pupper Lifetime Warranty works

  • Covered: Defects in materials and craftsmanship. Every Tuff Pupper product has a lifetime guarantee against these defects.
  • Not covered: Chewing, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage from cleaning or alterations. Chew toys are the one exception: if a chew toy fails within 30 days, you can choose a full refund or a one time free replacement. After 30 days, we replace it once for free.
  • Who it covers: Products bought on tuffpupper.com or from an authorized Tuff Pupper seller, including the Tuff Pupper store on Amazon. Products from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
  • How to claim: Fill in the Warranty Claim form with your order ID and one or more clear photos showing the defect. For Amazon purchases, use your Amazon order ID. We review each claim and reply within 5 business days. An approved claim gets a replacement or a full refund, and a replacement takes up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on location.

What does the Tuff Pupper Lifetime Warranty cover?
