    You will get a replacement or a full refund. The delivery takes up to ten business days depending on location.

Tuff Pupper will approve claims of product purchased from an authorized dealer or through this official website.

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects ONLY, and does NOT include any damage caused by this three reasons:

Improper use or misuse of the product.

Normal use(s):
Chewing, wear and tear, abuse, or fire.

Alteration(s):
Cleaning, disassembly, or modifications.

Warranty Claim Form and Photos

The next step is to fill the Lifetime Warranty Claim form including product pictures. You must attach one or more clear photos of your product showing the defect to qualify for a replacement or a full refund.
