Tuff Pupper will approve claims of product purchased from an authorized dealer or through this official website.

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects ONLY, and does NOT include any damage caused by this three reasons:

Wrong use(s):
Improper use or misuse of the product.

Normal use(s):
Chewing, wear and tear, abuse, or fire.

Alteration(s):
Cleaning, disassembly, or modifications.

Guaranteed Free Replacement

All of our products are rigorously field tested and we proudly guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If you are you having trouble with your Tuff Pupper gear, please fill out the form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    If you have received a Tuff Pupper item that you suspect has a defect, please let us know by completing the form below.

  • Step 2: Wait for Review

    We will verify that your request meets our Lifetime Warranty Policies and get back to you within five business days.

  • Step 3: Problem solved

    You will get a replacement or a full refund. The delivery takes up to ten business days depending on location.

Locate Your Order ID

First step Is to locate your order ID in the e-mail received after completing your purchase. Did you order your product from Amazon or this website?

Warranty Claim Form

Once you have found your Order ID, fill in the Lifetime Warranty Claim form including product pictures — You must attach one or more clear photos of your product showing the defect to qualify for a replacement or a full refund.
