How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat $7.00. Shipping is free on orders over $35.

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

How long will my order take to ship?

We ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are fulfilled by our partner, Amazon.

Amazon sometimes splits an order into more than one shipment so parts arrive faster. If you get part of your order first, the rest is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We ship to United States addresses only, and we are working to add more countries.

Many of our products are also sold on Amazon international sites.

How do I track my order?

You will get an email with tracking once your order ships. Because an order can ship in more than one box, you may get more than one tracking number.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% happy, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and shipping charges are not refunded. Sale items are final.

Am I eligible for a refund?

To get a full refund, products must be new, unused, and free of dog hair. If a returned item has dog hair, a $5 cleaning fee applies.

Try on your gear indoors first and keep the packaging until you are sure of the fit. A correct fit matters for how the product performs.

What does the Tuff Pupper guarantee cover?

Every product has a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If something is wrong with your gear, we will work to make it right.

The guarantee does not cover chewing, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage from cleaning or alterations. To report a defect, use our Warranty Claim form. We review each claim and get back to you as soon as we can.

How do I use a discount code?

Add your items to the cart and go to checkout. Enter your code in the discount box and press Apply. Your total updates right away.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Can I change or cancel my order?

We ship fast, usually within 1 to 2 business days, so email help@tuffpupper.com as soon as you can. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

Where are you located? Do you have a store I can visit?

We are an online store, so there is no physical shop to visit. Our headquarters is in Wichita Falls, Texas, and we ship across the United States.
