Standard shipping is a flat $7.00. Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more.

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

We ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are fulfilled by our partner, Amazon.

Amazon sometimes splits an order into more than one shipment so parts arrive faster. If you get part of your order first, the rest is on the way.

Many of our products are also sold on Amazon international sites.

You will get an email with tracking once your order ships. Because an order can ship in more than one box, you may get more than one tracking number.

If you are not 100% happy, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Holiday orders placed November 1 to December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and shipping charges are not refunded. Sale items are final.

To get a full refund, products must be new, unused, and free of dog hair. If a returned item has dog hair, a $5 cleaning fee applies.

Try on your gear indoors first and keep the packaging until you are sure of the fit. A correct fit matters for how the product performs.

Every product has a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If something is wrong with your gear, we will work to make it right.

The guarantee does not cover chewing, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage from cleaning or alterations. Chew toys are the one exception: if a chew toy fails within 30 days, you can choose a full refund or a one time free replacement. After 30 days, we replace it once for free. To report a defect, use our Warranty Claim form. We review each claim and get back to you as soon as we can.
