How to put on the waist belt and set up for a run

  1. Put the padded waist belt around your waist and adjust it to your size. It adjusts from 24 to 50 inches.
  2. Check that the belt feels comfortable and secure before the leash goes on your dog. Adjust it again if it does not.
  3. Load the built-in waste bag holder with bags before you head out so you can reach them during the run.
  4. Attach the leash to your dog and give the bungee room to work. It stretches from 3 to 6 feet and absorbs shock, so there is less strain on both of you as you run.
  5. Before you set off, find the plush neoprene padded handles so you know where to grab. They give a comfortable grip with less hand fatigue.
